 The
coastline along this stretch of Florida is different. The deep emerald green
color of the northern Gulf of Mexico combined with the crystal quartz beaches
equal paradise. That paradise is approximately 100 miles of pristine shoreline
located in the Northwest Florida panhandle – between Panama City and
Perdido Key – often lovingly referred to as the "Redneck Riviera."

Destin's original bay fisherman with over 30 years of experience. Backcountry Outfitters offers both back bay calm water and inshore gulf fishing. Whether you're light tackle fishing for speckled trout, redfish, flounder, red snapper, grouper, amberjack, or king mackrel, we'll take your where the fish are in our brand new new 22' Century. In June and July we specialize in tarpon fishing. All year we have a 2 hour trip for the little anglers. We're located at Harborwalk Marina, at the foot of the Destin bridge. Kokomo Snorkeling:
Kokomo Snorkeling was the first snorkel tour business in the beautiful Emerald Coast. Our snorkel equipment is sanitized and we always have a life guard on duty. In addition to snorkeling on the Kokomo, we also have single and double kayaks for rent. All Kokomo snorkelers have free use of our kayaks. Reservations are recommended, please call (850)837-9029.
